David is the Head of Poole Alcock’s Employment Law department and specialises in all aspects of employment law. David advises businesses in connection with employment contracts and service agreements, HR issues (including establishing staffing policies), redundancy and restructuring. Additionally David handles all aspects of employment litigation for both employers and employees.
David has significant experience as an advocate and has appeared in civil and criminal Courts and Tribunals for over twenty years.
