Dianne specialises in Corporate Transaction, Commercial Agreements (including Employment issues), Commercial Property (including Option and Overage agreements, Developer Site set ups and complex property issues.

Dianne attended Sheffield University and the Guildford College of Law untertaking her training with Truman & Appleby solicitors.
She qualified as a Solicitor in 1977.
Qualification Obtained
B.A Law (Hons) from Sheffield Universiry. She also attained a distinction in the commercial aspect of her part II examinations.
Date joined the firm
Dianne joined Poole Alcock at the firm’s Sandbach office in 1984. She was later responsible for opening the Homles Chapel office in 1987.

Dianne became a Partner in 1985
Hobbies
In her spare time Dianne enjoys travelling, skiing, cooking, walking, reading and loves listening to classical music and playing the piano.
