Let's Move Today - Home Information Packs Advice

Lets Move Today has been established by the Equity Partners of Poole Alcock LLP in response to the Government's research indicating that Home Information Packs will provide a more efficient house sale.

Poole Alcock have always been at the forefront of technology locally to provide an efficient Conveyancing service.

Initially Lets Move Today is working as a personal Search company, providing all the requisite searches expeditiously to Poole Alcock LLP's Conveyancing clients. The technology is in place (and staff are under training) to subsequently provide the complete HIP prior to their becoming optional in 2007 (and to allow for a “dry run” prior to that date).

HIPS have 3 main elements Legal Information, Searches and Energy Performance Certificate or Inspectors (optional) - Lets Move Today will provide a full in house service (no outsourcing) in a truly innovative flexible cost effective easily read package.
