Criminal Defence Advice - Police Station

We offer representations at the police station 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days of the year. We are duty solicitors with very many years of experience. Our policy in the police station is one of active defence. We believe that the defence of the case starts in the police station and are very proactive in assisting our clients whilst going through this particularly stressful time.

We are able to advise with regards to the most minor to the most serious of offences and as can be seen below we have recently defended (successfully) two murders both of which we initially dealt with in the police station. We have also dealt with very serious matters including death by dangerous driving, drug importation cases etc. all of which we have acted on and advised in the police station initially.

We are equally comfortable with the most minor of offences and pride ourselves on our ability to persuade the police authorities to caution on certain minor offences rather than proceed to court if at all possible.
