Criminal Defence Advice - Magistrates Court
The team are very experienced criminal lawyers. Once again we are duty solicitors for the Crewe Magistrates Court and Northwich Magistrates Court. However, we cover all courts in our area and attend Chester Macclesfield and Stoke on Trent on a frequent basis.
Criminal Defence Advice - Crown Court
We have a separate Crown Court Department which deals with all matters that are committed from the Magistrates Court through to the Crown Court.
We have recently successfully defended two murders and have been involved in a high value drug importation case. We have been involved in two very high profile death by dangerous driving cases and the Department has dealt with numerous other serious matters.
