Particular areas of Practice
Kate is an experienced Legal Executive based at our Sandbach office. She maintains a caseload of private client work including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications. Kate also has a long established residential conveyancing background and can assist in all aspects of conveyancing including property auction work. Kate assists Senior Partner Michael Bracegirdle within the Agricultural department.
Where and When did you qualify
Kate graduated as a member of the Institute of Legal Executive in August 2011 having studied with the ILEX Tutorial College. She is currently completing her two years qualifying employment before being admitted as a fellow.
Date joined the firm
Kate joined the firm in May 1998 as a clerk in the Residential Conveyancing Plot team.
Hobbies
Kate enjoys travelling and reading as well as having a keen interest in film and theatre.
