We have a separate department which specialises in handling serious cases and cases which are due to be heard in the Crown Court, including appeals.
We defend in cases of homicide, complex fraud or drug conspiracies, motoring fatality cases and serious sexual offences as well as a wider range of cases involving more common offences.
Our success rate in defending in serious cases is impressive, with over 75% of clients acquitted at trial of allegations they faced in the Crown Court in 2010 and 2011. This reflects the effort and care which we invest in our clients’ cases.
