Gaining possession

I have recently rented my house out to some people privately. They have been really good and have paid the rent to me on time all the time. I have now decided that I no longer want to rent the house out anymore and I want to regain possession of it. The problem is my tenants have signed a 1 year tenancy agreement. Can I regain possession of my own house?

Protecting deposits

My partner and I have recently brought a new house. I have been saving for some time now and I have been able to save a large deposit. This will be used in the purchase but my partner has not been able to save as much as me. The purchase of the property will be based on the majority of my deposit. Will my share of the property will be affected if anything happens to our relationship in the future?
