Mediation
In many cases although parties no longer wish to be in a relationship they are still able to make the arrangements for their separation themselves without the need for contested court proceedings. At Poole Alcock LLP we help client to arrive at amicable resolutions to their problems where possible. One method of resolution is for there to be a referral to a Mediation Service where client’s can liaise with a trained mediator in order to reach an agreement which can then be implemented by us through the courts to provide certainty and stability.
