Verity helps clients with drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection and the Administration of Estates (also known as Probate). She consistently gets fantastic feedback from clients for her level of knowledge and high standard of service, couple with a sympathetic approach.
She is also a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) working towards obtaining her STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates).
Verity is a Dementia Friend and has an active role in the firm’s Community and Social Responsibility team. She has a keen interest in volunteering and in the local community, having spent most of her life living and working in Cheshire.
When not at work, Verity is also a Director of a local academy trust. In her free time, Verity enjoys painting, gardening and would love to travel the world.
Verity began working at Poole Alcock in 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying in September 2016 into the Wills and Probate department.
