Monisha joined the Corporate & Commercial team in 2019 and has since gained extensive knowledge and skills in assisting businesses with their legal requirements.

Her inquisitive and personable nature means she understands the specific needs of businesses when acting for them, whether that be drafting terms and conditions, or reviewing documentation on their behalf. Monisha has recently undertaken an array of asset and share sales and purchases, corporate restructures, and applied for trademark applications to protect business’ brands. She has also thoroughly enjoyed assisting her colleagues in completing various multimillion pound acquisitions over the years.

Out of the office, Monisha enjoys creating artwork, trying different restaurants and learning about other cultures. One of her personal goals is to visit all seven wonders of the world one day.
