Stacey joined the firm in May 2014 as Business Development Manager and went on to take the position of Operations Manager in January 2016.
Stacey’s primary role is to ensure the firm’s operational efficiency and effectiveness of strategic planning and delivery.

Chloe qualified in 2017 and has joined Poole Alcock in July 2019 as a Solicitor in our conveyancing department at our Alsager office. She has joined Poole Alcock from another established Cheshire firm where she has spent the last 7 years.
Chloe has a straightforward approach with clients and knows that moving house can be a stressful time for everyone involved. She strives to keep everyone fully updated throughout using jargon-free advice. Chloe has a calm and reassuring manner and takes a pro-active approach to help all clients through the process.

Gill is based at our Crewe office. She has over 20 years conveyancing experience, achieving Legal Executive status in 2003. Gill recognises that moving home can be exciting but incredibly stressful. Her aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible by being approachable and available, and she is supported in this by her assistants Michelle Hall and Hilary Bateman.

Derek MacDonald is a Partner in the Crime and Regulatory department having graduated from Birmingham University in 1989 with honours. He qualified in 1994 and has practiced Criminal Law in Cheshire for over 20 years. He has specialises in this field and joined the firm as a Partner in 2003.
As a Specialist in Road traffic he regularly deals with all motoring matters including, Speeding, and Drink/Drug Driving allegations.
He also has a very high success rate for Special Reasons Arguments and Exceptional Hardship Applications.
Derek can advise right from the outset in these matters including, attending at Police Stations and Custody facilities with defendants for Police interviews under Caution.

Danielle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects and is able to assist clients with the preparation of Wills, creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and in dealing with Probate and Estate matters.
Danielle works alongside Claire Ellis out of the Congleton office and is committed to making sure that clients are as prepared as possible for their futures. Danielle ensures that clients are looked after in a professional yet compassionate way.
Having joined the firm in 2013 as a paralegal, Danielle undertook a training contract with the firm in September 2014, specializing and finally qualifying into our Private Client Team in September 2016.
Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys watching football, following the many ups and downs of Stoke City FC, as well as spending time with family and friends.Contact Me
Marsha joined the firm in 2007 as secretary in our Crime department. She was quickly recognised for her efficiency and attention to detail and promoted to the position of Personal Assistant to the Managing Partners.
Throughout her time at Poole Alcock Marsha has become involved in all areas of the business, holding key administrative roles in our Conveyancing, Employment and Commercial departments.
Marsha never fails to keep the client at the heart of everything she does and was the natural choice to head up our Client Onboarding team which we brought in in 2018.Contact Me
