Lisa is a Solicitor specialising in all aspects of divorce and family law. Lisa has a particular expertise in advising clients in relation to high-value divorce cases and the arrangements for children on separation.

Geoffrey is the longest serving solicitor at Poole Alcock, having qualified in 1976, and having been part of the senior management team at Poole Alcock after becoming a partner in 1981. Since 2011, Geoffrey has continued to support the firm in his role as consultant, and although he has practised in many areas of law over the years has always specialised in property law, with a particular interest in new-build houses and flats.

Danielle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects and is able to assist clients with the preparation of Wills, creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and in dealing with Probate and Estate matters.
Danielle works alongside Claire Ellis out of the Congleton office and is committed to making sure that clients are as prepared as possible for their futures. Danielle ensures that clients are looked after in a professional yet compassionate way.
Having joined the firm in 2013 as a paralegal, Danielle undertook a training contract with the firm in September 2014, specializing and finally qualifying into our Private Client Team in September 2016.

Verity helps clients with drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection and the Administration of Estates (also known as Probate). She consistently gets fantastic feedback from clients for her level of knowledge and high standard of service, couple with a sympathetic approach.
She is also a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) working towards obtaining her STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates).
Verity is a Dementia Friend and has an active role in the firm’s Community and Social Responsibility team. She has a keen interest in volunteering and in the local community, having spent most of her life living and working in Cheshire.
When not at work, Verity is also a Director of a local academy trust. In her free time, Verity enjoys painting, gardening and would love to travel the world.

Anna qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and has been specialising in personal injury claims since 2004. She joined Poole Alcock in 2010, becoming partner in January 2016. She is an APIL Senior Litigator and is accredited by the Law Society as a Specialist Personal Injury Solicitor
Anna has built a reputation as a specialist asbestos claims Solicitor helping individuals who have been diagnosed with an asbestos related illness and their families to recover compensation. As an expert in this area she provides guidance and reassurance at a time when they are experiencing extreme confusion and anxiety over their options.
As well as asbestos claims, Anna also has extensive experience in dealing with serious injury claims and fatal accidents. Her ability to listen to her Clients and show genuine care are key to building solid relationships with all of her Clients.
Anna is also responsible for the firms Community and Social Responsibility Policy and actively organizes events both internally and externally to ensure that the firm plays an active role in our local community. Some examples of this work include assisting the Cheshire East Rangers with building footpaths and coppicing areas of woodland on a weekend, climbing Snowdon in aid of St Lukes Hospice (Cheshire)

In 2017 Emily completed her Law (LLB) degree at Keele University.
She then went onto complete her LPC LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Birmingham in 2018.
