Nicola qualified as a solicitor is December 2005. Prior to joining Poole Alcock she carried out her training contract and developed her career as a property lawyer in Manchester city law firms.

Charles has over three decades experience in helping clients plan for later life, including advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. In addition he has a wealth of experience supporting and assisting families and friends administer the estates of loved ones following their death. This often involves advice about complicated inheritence tax issues, which can be difficult to deal with.
Charles is consistently reccommended by clients for his personable and caring approach at what is often a very difficult time. He is well known throughout the local area, with many clients returning time and time again.

In 2017 Chloe graduated with a 2:1 in English and American studies at the University of Nottingham. She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2018 with a distinction and then went straight into her Legal Practice Course which completed at the end of 2019.
Chloe is currently based in the Family department. She has been involved in a variety of work including but not limited to: making applications to court, attending in-person and telephone hearings and drafting letters to the other side. Chloe particularly enjoys the client side of family work, ensuring our clients feel assured and confident in the way their cases are being handled. Although the clients who come to us are often initially quite distressed, Chloe likes helping them understand the process before them, which in turn helps to ease their burdens.Contact Me
In 2017 Emily completed her Law (LLB) degree at Keele University.
She then went onto complete her LPC LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Birmingham in 2018.
Emily joined Poole Alcock as a Trainee Solicitor in July 2019 and works within the Employment Department assisting with a variety of employment matters relating to both employer and employee, advising both businesses and individuals.

Gill is based at our Crewe office. She has over 20 years conveyancing experience, achieving Legal Executive status in 2003. Gill recognises that moving home can be exciting but incredibly stressful. Her aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible by being approachable and available, and she is supported in this by her assistants Michelle Hall and Hilary Bateman.
