Luke qualified as a solicitor in 2012, before joining Poole Alcock in August 2016. Luke became a partner with the firm in 2019.
Knowledgeable in both corporate and commercial law, his specific areas of expertise include share and asset purchases and sales, corporate restructures, lending and finance agreements, school academy conversions and commercial contracts.
Luke draws on a wealth of experience. He has recently acted in the £7 million sale of a company to a plc, the multi million pound sale of a nursery and the conversion of a number of local schools to academy status. His commercial clients include some of the best known businesses in the area.
Luke is an avid sports fan. Formerly a keen footballer and cricketer he now restricts himself to a watching brief: though he has recently completed his first skiing and surfing lessons, and conquered Snowdon.Contact Me
In 2016, Monisha had graduated with First Class Honours in Law from Liverpool John Moores University. She had then studied the LPC at the University of Law in Chester in 2017.
Monisha had then joined us as a paralegal in our conveyancing department in 2017, to then secure a training contract with us in September 2018. She is currently completing her second seat in Corporate and Commercial.

Eve is a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with experience both in private practice and in-house.
She drafts, reviews and advises upon a variety of corporate and commercial documents including asset/share sales and purchases and supply of goods/services agreements.
In addition, Eve has experience of Employment Law having advised both employers and employees for a number of years. Eve advises on a variety of employment documents including settlement agreements, employment contracts and consultancy agreements.
She also assists clients with their GDPR and data protection requirements including document drafting, staff training and ad hoc trouble-shooting.
Eve recently gained her P.G. Cert in Higher Education and has experience of teaching company, contract and business law at university level.Contact Me
