Luke qualified as a solicitor in 2012, before joining Poole Alcock in August 2016. Luke became a partner with the firm in 2019.
Knowledgeable in both corporate and commercial law, his specific areas of expertise include share and asset purchases and sales, corporate restructures, lending and finance agreements, school academy conversions and commercial contracts.
Luke draws on a wealth of experience. He has recently acted in the £7 million sale of a company to a plc, the multi million pound sale of a nursery and the conversion of a number of local schools to academy status. His commercial clients include some of the best known businesses in the area.
Luke is an avid sports fan. Formerly a keen footballer and cricketer he now restricts himself to a watching brief: though he has recently completed his first skiing and surfing lessons, and conquered Snowdon.Contact Me
Monisha joined the Corporate & Commercial team in 2019 and has since gained extensive knowledge and skills in assisting businesses with their legal requirements.
Her inquisitive and personable nature means she understands the specific needs of businesses when acting for them, whether that be drafting terms and conditions, or reviewing documentation on their behalf. Monisha has recently undertaken an array of asset and share sales and purchases, corporate restructures, and applied for trademark applications to protect business’ brands. She has also thoroughly enjoyed assisting her colleagues in completing various multimillion pound acquisitions over the years.

Eve is a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with experience both in private practice and in-house. She qualified in 2014 and joined Poole Alcock in 2016.
Eve advises upon a variety of commercial matters including supply of goods and services, IPR licensing and website compliance. She also advises upon corporate matters including asset and share sales and purchases.
Eve has a particular expertise in data protection and GDPR matters and is the “go-to” person for businesses who need support with all things data, including DPAs, ad-hoc queries and staff training.
Eve has a real breadth of knowledge having previously worked in both employment and dispute resolution. Eve’s broad knowledge means that she is a trusted advisor to a number of local and national businesses.
Eve taught company, contract and business law at a local university for several years alongside private practice and she has a P.G. Cert in Higher Education.
