Discrimination

It can be hard to realise that you may have been a victim of workplace discrimination. Discrimination is based upon what are called Protected Characteristics which include; race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, religion and belief.

If you believe that you have been treated differently as a result of one of these characteristics, then you may have been discriminated against. Discrimination is a very complex area of law and can be either direct or indirect in nature. Our Employment team may be able to help you by:
