At Poole Alcock, we pride ourselves on being completely transparent when it comes to fees and disbursements. You will be provided with a quote at the beginning of the transaction, and you’ll always be kept informed of any additional fees or disbursements added or deducted during the process.
Buying a new build home is exciting, but the legal work involved can sometimes be daunting. That is why it is so important to have experienced legal experts who understand the new build process to ensure every stage is completed efficiently and swiftly.
The Poole Alcock conveyancing service is designed to make buying a new build house as stress-free as possible. Our property lawyers work with your developer’s sales office and your mortgage lender on your behalf, from offer through to completion. The high standard of our conveyancing work has earned us the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme mark.
Buying property to let can be an attractive investment, but it is important to note that it is a commercial transaction and comes with important obligations – including having legal tenancy agreements in place.
Poole Alcock’s property lawyers have an extensive understanding of the buy-to-let market. We offer a competitively priced service that will help maximise the yield on your property and ensure that you have a clear understanding of your financial commitments. As a landlord, you will also benefit from the support of our commercial property team with regard to drafting leases and our dispute resolution team should any problems with tenants arise.
