This will include your completed instruction forms, your Identity Documents and also your Source of Funds.
The Contract Pack will contain the Title Documents to the property, the Protocol Forms which the seller has completed and any certificates and documentation that the seller has provided. Your Solicitor will then review the information and ask any necessary questions on your behalf.
Searches usually include a Local Search, Environmental Search and Drainage Search
On receipt of satisfactory replies to enquiries and the results of your searches, your Solicitor will then produce a Title Report for you which will contain all of the documents that you will need to sign.
A phone call between the solicitors to run through the contract, make the Contract legally binding and set the date for completion, which is the day that money transfers and that you get your keys!
