Many businesses struggle to successfully budget for their spending on legal support. Historically, the approach of many businesses has been to instruct solicitors only when a problem arises, making accurate budgeting almost impossible. However, having fast access to comprehensive legal advice and assistance is of paramount importance in a successful business, so making provision for legal fees is a must.
To make budgeting easier and to provide a greater level of certainty for businesses, Poole Alcock Solicitors offer a fixed fee package of business legal services, called ‘Business Assist’. For a monthly fee of £400.00 + VAT you will receive 2 hours per month of commercial legal advice and assistance, in the areas of Corporate and Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property and regulatory work. This represents a 20% saving on our usual hourly rate.
If your business finds that it has greater legal needs and is using up more than 2 hours each month, we also have a premium offering for a monthly fee of £700.00 + VAT, which entitles your business to 4 hours of commercial legal advice and assistance per month.
This service has been well received by our business clients, who can now accurately forecast and budget for their annual legal spend and benefit from fast access to our dedicated commercial law experts.
For more information about Business Assist, please contact Luke Pritchard on 01270 621652 or Jonathan Hill on 01270 621653.
