We can provide you with the peace of mind of a Fixed-Fee Divorce. We will be able to provide you with the figure at the outset, allowing you to budget and plan your finances in advance. Providing your divorce is undisputed, you can expect to pay in the region of £1,540 plus VAT for your fixed-fee divorce. The court fee is £593 and is payable by the applicant, but depending upon the circumstances the court may agree for the respondent to contribute some or all of this fee.
