Business Assist

Historically, small and medium businesses have chosen to only instruct solicitors when a problem arises. But having fast access to comprehensive legal advice can make a vital difference to your business.

Here at Poole Alcock Solicitors, we have introduced ‘Business Assist’, a fixed fee package of legal services for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

For a monthly fee of £400.00 + VAT your business will receive 2 hours of commercial legal advice and assistance per month, to be used in connection with any aspect of Corporate and Commercial work, Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property or regulatory law.

The Business Assist package represents a monthly saving of £100 on our usual hourly rates. If your business requires more than 2 hours of legal assistance each month, Business Assist Premium may be more suitable for you.  For a monthly fee of £700.00 + VAT, your business will be entitled to 4 hours of commercial legal advice and assistance per month, a monthly saving of £300 on our usual hourly rates.

If you fail to use your full allowance of hours in any month, you can roll your unused time forward into the following month, so there is no pressure to use your full quota of hours each month.
