Alisha Kirkham

Alisha studied Law at Keele University where she obtained her First-Class Bachelor’s degree in 2019. In the same year, she went on to study the LPC LLM, securing a Distinction and being awarded the LLM Prize for 2020 for the best overall performance on the Masters Degree. Alisha started her career with Poole Alcock in 2019 as a Post Completion Clerk, dealing with the title registrations within the Residential Conveyancing Department. She was then offered a paralegal role in 2021 within the Agricultural Property department and subsequently secured a Training Contract with the firm, qualifying in August 2023.

Alisha is now based in the Northwich Office and heads up the Remortgage Team, who act for the Lender. Within this team, Alisha deals with a range of remortgage matters including the remortgage of specialist buy to let properties and HMOs. Alisha is supervised by Cherry Riddlesdin, who is the head of the Real Estate Department.
