Anna Kuckova

Anna studied Law at Staffordshire University and completed her Legal Practice Course and Master’s degree in law in 2020. Shortly after, Anna joined our firm as a trainee solicitor gaining experience across various legal areas including Commercial Property, Commercial and Civil Litigation as well as Corporate and Commercial law.

Anna has since qualified as a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial department, where she specialises in business formation, acquisitions, corporate restructures and a wide range of commercial work.

Anna can assist clients at all stages of a business cycle from incorporation, asset and share acquisitions, management buy outs, joint ventures or restructures up to the point where the business is to be sold. In addition to transactional work, Anna can also assist with advising on and drafting various commercial documents including loan agreements, shareholders’ agreements, terms of business and many other documents with a view to help our clients to reach their financial and non-financial objectives.
