Cherry is a partner and the Head of the Real Estate department at Poole Alcock. Cherry originally joined Poole Alcock in 2005 and qualified in 2007, before moving to another prominent Cheshire firm in 2008. She returned to Poole Alcock in 2014, becoming partner in January 2016. She is results focused, with a pragmatic and proactive approach to ensure transactions are kept on track and completed within agreed timescales. Cherry has experience of a wide range of property transactions, including transfers of equity, equity release, lease extensions, grants of leases, and advising clients on the practical implications of legal provisions.
