Liz is a residential conveyancer with a wealth of legal property knowledge with over 30 years experience and specialises all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales purchases leasehold new build remortgage and transfer of equity. Liz offers a down to earth understandable approach to conveyancing with many repeat clients. She provides information in a way that enables clients to be informed and make decisions and believes communication is the key to ensuring an efficient legal service.

The conveyancing process is becoming more complex and keeping up to date with current law and procedure is very important and explaining to clients the requirements, leads to an understanding of the process and complexity of the legal requirements. Liz enjoys communicating with clients. Liz has many satisfied and repeat clients. She is supervised by Cherry Riddlesdin head of real estate. On a personal note, Liz enjoys helping out with her local scout group. Wildlife gardening, walking and outdoors activities.
