Marsha Pearson

Marsha joined the firm in 2007 as a secretary within the firm’s criminal defence team. She was quickly recognised for her efficiency and attention to detail and was promoted to the position of Personal Assistant. Upon coming back from maternity leave Marsha was asked to build a central client onboarding team for the firm and was promoted to a Manager. The main objective for the team was to provide a professional but empathetic and warm welcoming approach to our clients, the team continues to grow and has made a positive impact to the firm.

Marsha is passionate about providing down to earth non jargon approach to our clients and upon being promoted to Partner in 2022 Marsha continues to develop and be responsible for a range of central teams within Poole Alcock and has a personal dedication to encouraging and developing support staff careers throughout the firm.

Marsha also supports the firm’s recruitment process ensuring candidates joining the team are aligned to the firm’s unique culture of commitment to excellence in legal service delivery and client care.
