Nicola qualified as a solicitor is December 2005. Prior to joining Poole Alcock she carried out her training contract and developed her career as a property lawyer dealing with both commercial and residential property in Manchester City law firms.
Since joining the firm in 2013, Nicola has grown the department to become recognised experts in all matters New Build including First Home Scheme purchases, Help to Buy Redemptions, related sales and part – exchanges, with a national reputation in dealing with the nuances of new build and new build developments
