Nicola Grant

Nicola joined the firm in 2019 as a conveyancing assistant, progressing to Trainee Licenced Conveyancer.   She has previous experience of sales, purchases and transfers of equity and currently runs a caseload of remortgage files, acting for a leading mortgage lender.

Nicola enjoys applying her technical knowledge to practical situations, and always aims to put the client at the centre of her work.  She treats others as she would like to be treated, and this reflects in her down to earth and approachable personality.  She will always try to go above and beyond to help clients and borrowers to understand the process, so that they feel reassured in the decisions they are making.
