Scott joined Poole Alcock as a trainee solicitor in 1996 and qualified in 1998. He was promoted to Partner in 2001 and is now responsible for the overall management of the firm.

During Scott’s many years with the firm, he has worked with organisations in connection with all aspects of commercial and corporate law, as well as advising businesses in employment law and litigation. He also has over a decade of experience in supporting trust boards, charities and management committees with all aspects of corporate governance.

Scott currently works in our Commercial and Corporate department which provides a wide range of business services including business sales and acquisitions, mergers and corporate restructuring, agency/franchise/distribution agreements, management buy outs and buy ins, business partnerships, commercial agreements, company formation and investments.
