No two probate cases are the same, the timescales will vary according to the type of assets and liabilities involved. In the majority of cases, we would expect to obtain the Grant within 8 to 10 weeks of receiving your full instructions.
If these timescales are likely to be exceeded we will, of course, let you know.
We charge a minimum fee of £1,000.00 with a costs estimate of £1,500 for most straightforward cases.
