Divorce department announces partnership with Police Federation

Richard Barratt, Partner and Head of the Divorce and Family Department at Poole Alcock Solicitors is delighted to announce a partnership with Cheshire Constabulary. The Divorce Department is now working alongside the Cheshire Police Federation to provide specialist divorce and family law advice to its members.

Jane Jacques, who trained and who has practiced as a Family Solicitor at Poole Alcock for eight years has been selected to join the Cheshire Police Federation Panel to provide specialist advice and support in respect of the following areas of family work:-

 

  • Divorce and Separation
  • Police Pensions on Divorce
  • Financial Settlements
  • Pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreement
  • Residence and Contact Arrangements for children
  • Residence and Contact arrangement for grandchildren.
