Chloe Podmore

Chloe is a solicitor working within our specialist divorce and family team and deals with all family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, arrangements for children and unmarried separation.  

Chloe prides herself on her excellent client care and is known for her diligent and forensic approach.  Chloe’s specialisms include complex financial matters, including where there are issues in relation to business assets, spousal maintenance (periodical payments) disputes, and applications involving 3rd parties (intervenors).

Chloe is adept at dealing with a wide range of Children Act applications, including applications involving serious issues of domestic abuse and parental alienation.

Chloe takes a collaborative and solution focused approach to avoid litigation wherever possible, however if court proceedings are unavoidable, Chloe is a robust advocate with great relationships with counsel, when counsel representation is required.
