HR Assist New Business Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a enthusiastic, committed and self motivated individual to carry out the full-time role of a HR Assist New Business Executive in our fast growing employment team.

The role requires you to capture new HR Assist clients, to manage relationships with existing HR Assist clients and to ensure their retention as clients subscribing to this product moving forwards.

Conducting research into prospective clients and referrers of work, contacting potential leads/referrers to generate appointments, attending networking/trade events, produce marketing materials to support new business acquisition (including but not limited to website articles, social media and newsletter campaigns) and maintaining timely and accurate records using CRM systems provided.

Knowledge or experience around legal services and prior sales experience would be beneficial for this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To ensure that targets for development of new client relationships are met
  • To ensure that financial (billing and profit) targets for HR Assist department are met
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to HR Assist subscribers
  • Ensure delivery of the product for each client in accordance with terms agreed with them – ie delivery of contracts, policies and handbooks, provision of insurance (if appropriate and agreed), set up and provision of portal (including training), access to helpline and consultancy (if agreed)
  • To be proficient in the key elements of the firm’s ICT solutions including marketing capabilities
  • Handling and converting new client enquiries, capture of relevant enquiry data and timely provision of this data to the Jamie Riseley
  • Maintaining and developing a marketing plan and pipeline for new attracting new client business with personal actions and objectives within your marketing plan to be achieved to the highest quality and to time
  • To develop and produce a monthly business development report for Jamie Riseley
  • Ensure the integrity of current and future databases
  • Ensure the production of targeted and regular e-shots and direct mail campaigns and newsletters in the support of the marketing plan and initiatives. To measure and monitor success
