Andrew Roberts

Andy helps people plan for the future and provides advice on the preparation of Wills and applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates and Deputy Applications in the Court of Protection. Andy has undertaken Dementia Friends training to ensure that he provides the best possible service for all of his clients. He has specialised in litigation for many years and has advised and helped clients in a wide range of disputes. Andy qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 having originally studied as a legal executive and joined Poole Alcock in 1998. He became a Partner in 2002 and is currently based at our Sandbach office. Andy is married, has two children and lives locally. He enjoys fell running, climbing and cycling. Andy is an Associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly spending at least 50% of his time working with older and vulnerable clients. Solicitors for the Elderly is a specialist group of lawyers who support and make a difference to older and vulnerable people. Vulnerable people are those people who may not be able bodied and/or who may be mentality incapacitated –  they need help to make decisions or they can’t make decisions for themselves.
