Sarah draws on a wealth of experience with some of her past work including acting for national house builders in the sale of their ground rent portfolios, acquisitions and site set ups.

Nichola qualified as a solicitor in October 1988. Prior to joining Poole Alcock she developed her career as a commercial property lawyer in numerous large-scale city firms. She joined Poole Alcock’s commercial property team in September 2015 as a Consultant.
Nichola has a wealth of experience, with specific expertise in development construction, development finance, property development, property finance, school academy conversion and care home providers and regulation. With a vast amount of knowledge in the construction and motor trade industry having acted for the majority of large scale motor dealerships.

Emily completed her Law degree at Chester University in 2017 before joining Poole Alcock as an assistant in Commercial Property shortly after. Emily was then promoted to Paralegal in 2018 and obtained her training contract in 2019. Emily is currently working in Commercial Property assisting Darren Neighbour.
