In small and simple transactions, we appreciate that you may not want to instruct a solicitor to act on your behalf for the whole transaction including negotiating documents etc. However, it is likely that you will still require advice on particular documents such as a Share Purchase Agreement or Asset Purchase Agreement. Therefore, we offer a service whereby we will review a corporate document and produce written advice on the terms to allow you to understand the proposed terms and which terms you may wish to negotiate.
