Where two or more people agree to share responsibility for a business, they may decide to form a partnership. The main types of partnership are general and limited liability partnership (LLP). Similarly to company formation, an LLP must be registered with Companies House.
Initially, our expert solicitors can meet with you, obtain full details about your business and advise you on the different partnership options available to you, including which may be best suited to your business needs.
In the event that you would like to form an LLP, we can draft the application form and submit the same with Companies House.
We can also help with preparing a partnership agreement, which outlines how the partnership will be conducted, as well as the rights and obligations of each partner, to prevent future disputes of misunderstandings.

We were recommended to use Poole Alcock and in particular, Monisha by our neighbours, who found her to be very approachable.
Throughout our relationship, from the initial meeting through to completion, the communications were always first class and easily understood. Monisha was knowledgeable in the subject we approached her with and was quickly able to conclude the documentation and business we had.
I would not hesitate to recommend Poole Alcock, and Monisha herself, if asked.
